Grunting on

It’s been. so. long! Mostly because I had a little holiday break, but also because I’ve been grunting on Space Grunts. I just checked the last movie (4 weeks ago), and noticed how much has changed since the last public showing of the game. Scenery stuff, weapon improvements, special items added, new enemies, different HUD, cool space-ship dropping at the start..  just check it out in the video below!

..let it sink in, and imagine how much work I still have left before I can release this ;)

 

I do feel the game is finally coming together and moving in the right direction. There’s still a small nagging feeling that it misses some “oomph” but I can tweak and change and add stuff that will hopefully leverage the oomph-level of the game before I release.  I have some plans left!

    I know this is an old post, but in a blog post you said you don’t use frameworks, but when i watched the animating superweapons you were using libgdx
